By using Deal Guard ("the app"), provided by Entity Solutions, you agree to these terms.
Deal Guard helps you research a used vehicle and organize your car-buying decision. It provides information and estimates, including data from NHTSA and the EPA, a computed Reliability Signal, market price comparisons, cost estimates, and AI-generated suggestions.
Deal Guard is not a vehicle history report. It does not report accidents, title brands, salvage or flood history, odometer records, or liens, and it is not a substitute for one (such as Carfax, AutoCheck, or an NMVTIS report). It is not a professional inspection, a valuation, financial or legal advice, or a guarantee about any vehicle. Always verify a vehicle in person and consider an independent mechanic's inspection before purchase.
Reliability Signals, market comparisons, tax/fee/loan/ownership estimates, and AI outputs are approximations that can be wrong or incomplete. Listing data comes from third-party sources we don't control and may be out of date, inaccurate, or removed. You are responsible for your own purchase decisions.
Deal Guard offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Any free-trial period ends if you subscribe, and unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Use the app for your own personal car-buying research. Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate a third party's terms.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entity Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information, including any vehicle you buy or decline to buy.
We may update these terms as the app evolves and will revise the date above.
